Kölsch
Our Kölsch style ale is made in the traditional German style - very light, smooth and easy to drink. This beer is slightly cloudy, with Munich and crystal malts giving it a light yellow color. It's best enjoyed on a beautiful, sunny day… but in the Northwest, it's good anytime.

Raspberry Blonde
This award-winning blonde ale is made with real Northwest raspberries, not extract or syrup. It is very light with strong raspberry notes. You will get subtle fruit flavors but it's not sweet, since most of the sugars ferment out with a final gravity around 1.008. This was the second beer we brewed, and we liked it so much we kept it.

English Pale Ale
This English style pale is not your typical NW pale ale. This crisp, light, refreshing ale is brewed in the traditional style with English pale and crystal malts balanced with Fuggle and Cascade hops.

Milk Stout Nitro
A creamy, dark beer that is not overly sweet and is lightly carbonated to accentuate its smoothness. It has subtle hints of chocolate and roasted malt with a smooth, clean finish. Our taproom manager calls it "our adult milkshake".

"Burnout" Black Ale
Most likely at some point in your life you have peeled out and burned rubber. Maybe at 17 in your dad's car or perhaps last week in your SUV, either way if smokin' the tires brought a slight smile to your face, this beer is for you. If you turned around and went back to look at the tire marks…….try the Oatmeal Stout. Don't let the name and dark color scare you: this is a light, drinkable medium-bodied beer with hints of toasted almond, chocolate and coffee followed by very little bitterness. We use a small amount of German Carafa malt, a dark roasted de-husked grain, which helps give this beer its wonderful color and flavor. Don't be afraid to try a burnout…. all the cool kids are doing it.

Chocolate Porter
Made with crystal and chocolate malts, this porter is a full-bodied beer with strong chocolate notes and a mild coffee finish. It is thick, smooth and creamy with no detectable bitterness. While this is a true porter, it's not heavy, weighing in at only 5.4%.

"The Boss" Honey Pale Ale
In 1969, the Boss 429 Big Block Mustang was the meanest muscle car on the road. While they made these cars for only 2 years, the Boss 429 is still considered one of the top muscle cars ever made. A limited 1,359 cars were produced. Much like this amazing car, our honey pale is a limited production and we feel it's one of the meanest beers we make, in a manner of speaking. We add raspberry honey to the brew during the boil. The majority of the sugars are fermented out leaving behind a slight citrus and floral undertone. Then we add Northern Brewer and Cascade hops to make a complex, smooth easy drinking beer. We do caution you, once you drive The Boss, it's tough to jump back into that sub-compact light beer.

The Mosaic
Mosaic hops dominate this IPA style brew. However, we do add a touch of Citra hops to bring out the tropical tones in this beer. It has a medium bitterness, light malt profile with a nice citrus finish. At 5.8%, it's lighter than some IPA so it's easy to drink and refreshing.

IPA
We wanted to make an IPA that was reflective of the style and true to its bitter heritage but didn't rip your face off and completely destroy your ability to taste. A blend of Cascade, Chinook and Citra hops gives this IPA a medium bitterness with citrus and grapefruit characteristics and a slight lingering bitterness on your pallet. The Cascade hops in this beer are grown in our backyard so you could call this our estate beer.

Double IPA
An enjoyable, complex beer made with 6 different hops. The 90-minute boil allows more of the acids to be released from the first and second addition hops. We also dry hop this brew with Simcoe to enhance the finish and aroma. While it has similar characteristics to our IPA, it is much bigger and bolder. Don't let the high IBUs scare you, the malts give this beer good balance.

"343" American Hefeweizen
Some might think that the "343" is named after the famous and rare 343 engine made by American Motors in the late 60's. Actually, the name comes from the 343 firefighters who perished during the tragedy on 9/11. Those who serve at home and away all play a vital part in supporting our local, regional, and national communities. As a way of saying thank you, we dedicate this beer to you. This is an American-style hef brewed with Washington wheat and barley. It is light and refreshing with very little esters or bitterness. To all who serve, in ways big and small we raise a glass! Thank you!

Blonde Lager
A fan favorite here at the Brewery, our Blonde Lager has a splendid golden color and is cold-conditioned for over 8 weeks. This medium-bodied beer is balanced with Hallertau and Cascade hops. The Blonde Lager is incredibly clean, has little bitterness and a nice smooth finish.

"Flathead Red" Irish Red
The first Flathead V8 or "Flatty" was built by Ford in 1932. This tough, reliable and powerful motor was a staple for those who wanted to be a little faster than the next guy. Loved by business men to bootleggers, this engine changed an industry and defined an era. Much like the "Flatty", our red packs a lot of horsepower, is still preferred by business men and bootleggers and is one of our favorite brews. It has a beautiful, dark amber color with lots of malts that give this beer a slightly sweet, roasted almond flavor.

"Big Woody" Oatmeal Stout
Now who doesn't like a big ol' woody? These classic cars are still highly sought after for their rare and unique beauty. What did you think we were talking about? This is our biggest beer! This Oatmeal (or as we say around here Oakmeal) stout is aged on medium-toasted oak for about 6 weeks. The aging really mellows this brew giving it a smooth, creamy flavor with hints of vanilla and bourbon.
